What goes on behind the scenes and engine room of CallConfidential?
We are based in Sussex, England but offer our services across all of the UK, and there is nothing stopping us stepping onto shores further afield. Our service is simple. We have trained personnel who are able to take your calls, speak with you, listen and then try and get a solution to your problem. Finding a solution isn’t always as simple and that is why we have our experts working with us. Their depth of experience, their knowledge of their industries and knowledge of their expert subjects, helps CallConfidential engage competently with our members and if required, help them, in finding that solution. Ultimately it is up to the member to choose the correct path and bring a solution to the table.
Everything we do is dealt with in the strictest of confidence. We are actively working towards and implementing the required prerequisites to gaining the international information security standard ISO27001. We are also building our business around the highly recognised EFQM business excellence model. Indeed we have trained assessors on the EFQM model working directly for CallConfidential.
Our engine room is designed to keep things running smoothly and our experts help us achieve that. We will regularly inspect things and ensure we maintain the highest standard possible. You, our customers, will be our best advocates.
